✸ Claims, returns and/or refunds are not accepted except for the following cases:

✸ DELAYS IN LOGISTICS:
🌈If the delivery date of the package is postponed, if there were delays or if an attempt was made to deliver it and you were not located at home, you must contact your parcel as soon as possible to validate the new delivery date.

✸ NATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
📦 Once we have confirmed your order, the processing time of your order is 3-5 business days. When the package is sent, the delivery days of the package will be added, which are 1-2 business days (express mode ), 3-5 business days (standard mode) for private parcels or 10-15 business days by Correos de México.
✸WHAT IS AN EXTENDED ZONE?
📦 It's a rare area on common parcel routes. On some occasions, shipments are considered extended areas, so there is an additional charge of $145 mxn.
👀This happens when you live outside the capital of your State, such as a Municipality or Police Station, if this case occurs in your request, we will contact you on your phone.

🛒 This parcel has a package delivery period of 10 to 15 business days. We recommend that you request this package for minimum quantity orders since the company is not responsible for lost shipments or products and we will not be responsible for them.
